1. How do I book the consultation?

After you purchase the one-hour consultation, you’ll be prompted to fill out a brief intake form to help us gather essential details about your project and the questions you'd like to discuss. This form ensures that we're fully prepared to give you the most tailored and focused guidance. Once you’ve completed the form, you will receive an email within 12 hours with a link to Christine’s Calendly calendar, where you can choose the best time for your session.

2. What if there’s no available time that works for me?

We understand that different time zones and busy schedules can be tricky. If none of the available times work for you, please reach out to us at ourgalaxypublishing.com with the subject title “Booked Consult.” We’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.

3. Can I get a refund if I need to cancel or reschedule my consultation?

There are no refunds for this consultation. However, we do offer two opportunities to reschedule your call. If you need to reschedule, you must do so within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If you miss the call or fail to reschedule within this timeframe, you will forfeit the service. Please ensure you are committed to the time you book.

4. What happens during the consultation?

During the one-hour session, you can ask up to 3-5 questions related to your writing, publishing, or marketing journey. We will focus on your specific needs and provide tailored advice, actionable insights, and strategic guidance to help you move forward in your creative process.

5. What will I receive after the consultation?

You’ll receive a 1-2 page PDF recap summarizing the key takeaways from the consultation, along with any resources or relevant information based on your questions. This recap will give you a clear reference point to move forward confidently.

Yes! Whether you’re just getting started with your book idea, working through a draft, or preparing for publication, this consultation is for writers at any stage. We’ll help clarify your next steps, overcome any obstacles, and provide strategies tailored to where you are in your journey.

7. How do I pay for the consultation?

Payment is required at the time of booking. After completing your payment, you will receive the Calendly link to choose your preferred time.
