The Artist's Way Sacred Circle

A 13-Week Guided Creative Accountability Experience

DEADLINE TO JOIN: January 7th

The Artist’s Way Sacred Circle is a 13-week immersive group experience designed for artists, writers, creatives, and visionaries who are ready to move beyond contemplation and into consistent, meaningful action.

This is not a passive book club. This is not a place to lurk quietly in the background. This is a space for people who are ready to show up, speak honestly about their creative process, and commit to a project they’ve been circling.

At its core, Sacred Circle blends the wisdom of The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron with real-world creative mentorship, structure, and accountability. We use the book as a tool, applying each week’s theme directly to the creative work you are actively building.

How the 13 Weeks Are Structured

Week One: Introduction & Declaration

Our first week is a dedicated introductory and grounding session. You’ll be invited to:

  • Introduce yourself and share where you’re joining from

  • Talk briefly about your creative background and medium

  • Declare one specific project you will commit to working on for the following 12 weeks

This project can be anything creative or creative-adjacent:

  • A novel, memoir, or essay collection

  • A poetry manuscript or series

  • A photography or visual art series

  • A creative business initiative (such as growing a platform, launching a program, or sharing your work publicly in a new way)

The key is intention. You are naming what you are choosing to prioritize and allowing the group to witness that commitment.

Weekly Rhythm (Weeks 2–13)

Each week follows a consistent, supportive structure designed to keep you moving forward.

Every Monday, you’ll receive an in-depth email from me that includes:

  • A breakdown of the Artist’s Way chapter we’re covering that week

  • Context on how that week’s theme applies to creative blocks, momentum, discipline, fear, and growth

  • Guidance on how to apply the lesson directly to your declared project

  • A focused writing or reflection prompt you’ll respond to and bring into the circle

The emphasis is always on application. We’re not just discussing ideas. We’re using them to move our work forward.

Sacred Circle Calls

We meet weekly via Google Meet at:

  • 12:00 PM ET

  • 8:00 PM ET

You are welcome to attend whichever session works best for your schedule. During each call:

  • Every participant is given 3–5 minutes to share

  • You’ll talk about where you are in your project, what’s moving, what’s challenging, and how the weekly theme is landing for you

  • Christine will moderate the group, guide the flow, and open the floor for brief, intentional responses

This is a participatory space. If you show up, you are expected to share. Silence-as-observation is not the model here. The power of this circle comes from witnessing one another, speaking our process out loud, and learning in community.

What Makes This Different

While we honor The Artist’s Way and move through it together, the primary focus of Sacred Circle is your project. Each week’s lesson becomes a lens through which you:

  • Understand your creative habits and resistance

  • Build discipline without burnout

  • Work through fear, perfectionism, and self-doubt

  • Learn how to sustain creative momentum alongside real life

This is about closing the gap between thinking about being an artist and living like one in small, consistent, doable ways.

Who This Is For

Sacred Circle is for you if:

  • You’re tired of starting and stopping creative projects

  • You want accountability without shame or pressure

  • You’re ready to be seen in your process, not just your polished work

  • You value depth, reflection, and community alongside action

  • You’re willing to participate, speak, and commit

This space works best when everyone involved is invested, not just in their own growth, but in the collective momentum of the group.

The Intention

By the end of these 13 weeks, the goal is not perfection or completion for completion’s sake.

The goal is progress, clarity, confidence, and a deeper trust in your ability to show up for your creative life consistently, honestly, and with support.

We lean on one another. We talk through the highs and the blocks. And we move forward together.

This is a one-time payment for the duration of the 13-weeks. So, think $6 a month to join!
